The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to regulate the sales procedure between the CUSTOMER and Kalah Knots, from the placement of an order, delivery and payment, to after-sales service

1. ORDER

1.1. The CUSTOMER may place an order through the website www.kalahknots.com, following the procedure established on the website as detailed below:

• First, the CUSTOMER must select the item they wish to purchase and click on the tab "add to cart". If more than one product is desired, the CUSTOMER must select the "add to cart" tab for each product. For multiple quantities of the same product, select the "add to cart" tab as many times as the number of copies desired.
• Once the selection of articles is complete, access the shopping cart icon at the top right-hand side of the website and select "finalize purchase".
• Next, provide the personal data requested for correct identification of the user.
• Once the personal data is entered, the CUSTOMER must choose the delivery address for the order.
• To complete the process, choose and validate the payment method, formalizing the sales contract with Kalah Knots at the time of payment.

1.2. Placing an order by the CUSTOMER implies full acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other conditions specified in the order itself during the sales process.

All orders are subject to the availability of products in stock at Kalah Knots. In the event of difficulties in supplying the selected product, Kalah Knots will inform the CUSTOMER of such difficulties within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the placing of the order. If, after this period, any of the selected items are not in stock, Kalah Knots will reimburse the CUSTOMER for any amount that may have been paid.

 

2. DELIVERY

2.1. The product will be delivered to the address provided by the CUSTOMER during the sales procedure. Delivery will be made by a carrier of the transport company with which Kalah Knots collaborates on the date of the order. The carrier will physically appear at the address indicated by the CUSTOMER and deliver the product. If the CUSTOMER is absent at the indicated address, the carrier will leave a notice for a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery cannot be made, the carrier will leave the package at the transport office closest to the CUSTOMER's address.

2.2. In the event that the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER is within a specific local area (e.g., the city where Kalah Knots is based), the option for the order to be picked up at Kalah Knots' address will be offered at no cost, during the office hours indicated on the website.

2.3. Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of products that may delay delivery, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, Kalah Knots will send the order within the period indicated for delivery during the sales procedure and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

3. PAYMENT

The CUSTOMER may choose from the following payment methods during the purchase process:

• With PayPal.
• With Bizum or Bank Transfer.
• With other digital payment solutions as available.

All payments made are processed through secure payment service providers, ensuring that all transactions are protected. 
 

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1. The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the CUSTOMER or a third party indicated by the CUSTOMER, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify Kalah Knots of their decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email).

5. PRICE

Prices of the items ordered will include taxes and fees. A fixed shipping cost will be added to each order, which includes handling, packaging, and shipping. The additional cost of delivery will be indicated during the purchase process at the time of entering the address of the CUSTOMER.

6. RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Kalah Knots offers warranties on the products marketed through this website, in accordance with the terms legally established for each type of product, covering any lack of conformity that manifests within the legally established period from the delivery of the product.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the website www.kalahknots.com, including custom designs, are owned by Kalah Knots and are protected under the relevant intellectual property laws.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Kalah Knots shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of the obligations when due to events beyond its reasonable control.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law to these conditions is the law of the jurisdiction in which Kalah Knots operates. Disputes arising will first aim for an amicable resolution; failing which, they will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
